Return and refund have some policy. You need to follow some rules and regulations and also some procedures to open a dispute. So make sure to read this carefully so that you can aware of everything. 

Open dispute

To open dispute please inform us within 14 days with clear photos or video if you receive goods with problem to make it clear to us. After we confirm the problem we can offer full refund or replacement. Please if you have personal problems kindly choose personal reason as the refunding reason such as (1) Personal Reasons; (2) Easy return; (3) Shipping method was not as described, etc whatever problem you have.

Deadline for returning

In order to return your products, you must apply within 14 days of receiving the item. Before returning items, you must make sure if the product is in perfect condition, without using or removing the labels and the original packaging so keep it as it was before if you have a second thought.

Full refunded time

You need to send an application for refund, don’t worry we will accept your application very quickly and Storecaff will arrange refund to you within 14 days. We will give you a full refund if we received your package and confirmed that the conditions for reimbursement have been met just the way we wanted. You should know that the sooner you return the item, the sooner you will get your refund!

Deliver/deposit the refund

Your refund will be returned using exactly the same method used for the original payment of the purchase.

Exchange instead of a return

We are extremely sorry, but currently, we can’t provide an exchange service of items. However, you can place a new order if you want before or after receiving a refund since we have made the return order and the new order are independent processes.

Shipping cost and payments

If you multiple items then you need to return them together to enjoy Free Return on all items. If you are returning the goods one by one, you may need to pay an additional shipping fee.
